SERVPRO came to our home after we found water damage in our basement after being away on vacation.  We were so worried about how it was going to get done, who was going to do it and how much it would cost.  I called your company because I heard great things about your office in Newport.  I have to say the amount of expertise shown by your staff was very impressive.  Keep up the great work. 

On August 14th I had Sean come out to my home and inspect for mold.  He was extremely thorough and showed my husband some ways to help.  He also gave us a fair price to do the work and we scheduled to have it done.  So far, I have been nothing short of amazed.....

This short letter is to just simply say, "Thank You".  I could not have asked for a company as solid as you. 

I liked your company at my home.  They did not talk much and left me to do my errands.  I like that you talked to the insurance company for me and they handled all the money for me.  I liked talking to the office people on the phone and they were able to explain everything to me.

Recently, your company came to my home during a water damage mess.  My ice maker was leaking for some unknown period until it was discovered.  When your men came they found some mold and assured me they could take care of it.  Everything they said they could do, they did.  They explained the process before they started and showed me the finished area.  I am so happy to have called in your company.  Please let the men know I thought they were magnificent.
