Ceiling Tiles After a Storm
Here are two photos of a school building that had a roof leak after a storm caused a tree branch to fall and break through the roof’s surface. Following the damage to the roof, the rain from the storm came in through the hole and caused water damage to the ceiling tiles. Luckily, there was not much damage to the school or any other parts of the building, but the ceiling tiles were soaked and became a hazard. When ceiling tiles fill up with water, they become heavy and likely to fall. They can cause major damage to the property they fall onto. Here is an example of our work when we are called in about any water soaked ceiling tiles. We removed them quickly and without creating any further damage and then covered the open area until the offices new tiles could be installed.
