Water Extraction in Basement

This basement quickly flooded after a pipe burst in the downstairs bathroom of the home. The pipe froze during a quick change in weather this December which caused the line to burst. The water quickly flooded the unfinished basement and needed immediate attention. The first photo shows what the entire basement looked like when our SERVPRO team arrived on  the property. We spent a lot of time extracting the water from the basement before we got to the drying process. The second photo shows how dry our customer's basement was when we left the property. They were extremely satisfied with how thorough our technicians were throughout their entire experience with SERVPRO.
