Attic Beams

The first picture shows mold growth in the attic area along the beams.  The second picture shows how the mold was remediated on the first day. This work was performed in an attic that had built up condensation.  This was an older home that no floor boards making our task a bit more difficult.  We placed boards down for extra safety precautions.  This also was considered a confined space as there was only one egress in this area.  We overcame that obstacle and worked diligently as a SERVPRO Team and accomplished a job well done that made both the homeowner and home inspector very pleased.
